Ingredients
- •Pork sausage
- •Vegetable oil
- •Ketchup
- •Curry powder
- •Paprika
- •Worcestershire sauce
- •Sugar
- •Onion powder
Steps
- 1Heat a griddle or heavy skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
- 2Grill the pork sausages for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skins are deeply browned and blistered and the inside is cooked through.
- 3While the sausages cook, combine the ketchup, curry powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and onion powder in a small saucepan.
- 4Warm the sauce over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the flavors meld and the sauce turns glossy.
- 5Remove the sausages from the heat and let them rest for 1 minute, then slice them into bite-sized rounds on a diagonal.
- 6Arrange the sliced sausage on a paper tray or plate.
- 7Ladle the warm curry sauce generously over the sausage pieces.
- 8Dust the top with an extra pinch of curry powder and serve immediately with a small wooden fork and a side of fries.
